This quote, plus the experience I had last year when I walked sixty miles
from Bear Mountain to Manhattan with 3,000 women and men in the Avon Breast
Cancer 3-DAY in the fight against breast cancer, inspired me to sign up for
the walk again this year. The training and fundraising were challenges. I'll
be participating in this powerful and special event the weekend of September
21st, 2001. Kindness is one of the important themes of the 3-Day Walk. By
showing responsibility and integrity, we can demonstrate that the world can
work if people work together.

I have agreed to raise $1900 in pledges before August 24th. Would you please

This year, over 80,000 women in the United States will be diagnosed with
breast cancer. Over 40,000 will die. That's why I'm walking so far. I hope
